Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the type of order:

  • Pre-made items: Ready to ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order & customized items: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We use calculated shipping rates based on your order's weight and destination. At checkout, you'll be able to choose from USPS, UPS, and FedEx options at real-time carrier rates. Shipping costs are determined at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)

  • Domestic (US): 2–7 business days depending on the service selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Please note that custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you have any questions about your order before it goes into production, please contact us as soon as possible.
